Overview
Background: The RepTrak company works with organization to keep track of many different scores which all eventually get accumulated into your Reputation score. When I brought on to the company they were at a point where they wanted to start revamping their user experience to help it feel and operate more in-line with other platforms around the mid-late 2010's.
Challenge:
Figure out what customers were looking to find out from this platform.
What was the most important information to show at different levels.
Make it easy to understand at a glance.
Solution:
Iterate: I went through several rounds of iteration with our Design Lead until we found what we thought was a good next step for the product.
Outcome:
After several iterations we came to a final design that saw us using wider tiles to fit in more graphing and information to help give context to the scoring that RepTrak gives for each data point they track.
